I was introduced to Florin by a friend some years ago. He came with a very good recommendation, so I contracted him to renovate and build an extension on my house which required a complete reconstruction.

It was not long before I realised what real service is – having put up with a lifetime with dealing with builders and tradesmen who did shoddy work, broke promises, didn’t turn up for work etc, and paying through the nose.

From start to finish no request was too much for him, and his quality of workmanship was “Bored of Works” standard. His workers were top drawer, fine tradesman, polite and respectful and above all, tidy.

I realised the poor standard of service I have been subjected to as a property owner and landlord all these years.
